At KLEINN & co.®, we want you to be truly satisfied. Not completely happy with your purchase? No worries, you have 30 days to return your order for free.
Return Period
You may return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back.
Return Conditions
- The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Accessories, manuals, and labels must be included.
- We cannot accept returns of personalized or custom-made products.
How to Return
- Email us at info@kleinnco.nl with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive a free return label and return instructions from us. The return address is in the Netherlands.
- Carefully package the product and drop off the parcel at a service point.
Return Costs
Returns are free: we cover the return shipping costs. So you pay nothing to send your order back.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days. This will be done using the same payment method as your original purchase.
