How can I be sure that 99.97% is correct?
The filter medium has been tested by an independent, accredited laboratory according to EN 1822, documented in test report 0169-22A-02. The certification overview with the test institute, the standard, and the measured values can be downloaded above.
What exactly does class H13 mean?
H13 is a HEPA class under EN 1822. An H13 filter must capture at least 99.95% of particles at the Most Penetrating Particle Size (MPPS, around 0.10–0.25 µm). Our filter medium achieved 99.97%.
How often should I replace the filter?
Rinse the filter monthly under the tap and let it dry completely. Replace it every six months—a saturated filter reduces suction and filtration.
